Skilled Home Care
We specialize in infants, children, adults and seniors with diverse conditions. Our skilled care services are performed by licensed professionals (nurses, therapists, social workers) which include initial consultations, monitoring of medications, wound care, infusion therapy and catheter care, in addition to wellness education and care for diabetes and other diseases. Our rehabilitation services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and medical social worker counseling.
Non-Medical Care
Some of our caregiver services include tasks such as bathing, toileting, dressing, errands, transportation, medication reminders, light housekeeping and meal preparation.
