Advanced Wound Care (Wound Vacs)
Our professional nurses will change dressings (as needed) to prevent infection, promote rapid healing and ensure proper treatment of all wounds. Wounds are complex, and our group represents expertise in all of the major areas necessary to handle their varied circumstances. Whatever it takes for healing to occur, we're equipped and staffed to make it happen.

Infusion Therapy and Intravenous Medication Administration (IV Therapy)
Physicians order mode of infusion, duration of care, and prognosis and our skilled nurses implement the plan for clients requiring treatment and intravenous medication at home. They visit as often as needed to implement, clean, change, and adjust all types of IVs and ports.

Pediatric and Newborn Care
The primary role of a Newborn Specialist is to provide assistance during the post-delivery recovery period and assist you with all aspects of newborn care including feeding, changing, bathing, infant laundry, sterilizing bottles, etc. while the mother is resting. We take care of the newborn, twins, and triplets.

Diabetes Management
Our experienced nurses help with all aspects of managing diabetes including blood glucose monitoring, insulin administration and tracking, exercise plan, menu planning, education and more.

Chronic Illness Management
We also have training for specialty groups including Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Stroke, ALS, MS, Orthopedics, Cancer, AIDS/ HIV, Cardio-Pulmonary Conditions and Immune Deficient Disorders. We develop a personalized plan of care for each client, extraordinary care for your loved one.

Our nurses work with the client's family to create a comfortable environment including simple routines and visual cues as a positive substitute for diminishing mental processes. Our teams also provide care during in-hospital procedures and follow-up assistance at home after treatment.

Postpartum and Well-Baby
We provide instruction and help the mother bond with her baby. We teach her to breast feed, bottle feed, and help her with any parental care. Timely well-baby care increases the opportunity to identify newborn problems early and generally promote healthy home care.

Post-Operative Care
Postoperative care is the management of a patient after surgery. The goal is to prevent complications such as infection, to promote healing of the surgical incision, and to return the patient to a state of health.

Pain Management
Pain management is a medical specialty. It is one of the most important aspects of care for terminally-ill persons.

Rehabilitation Programs
Our licensed therapists provide comprehensive programs in pediatric, physical, occupational, speech and orthopedic therapy for patients recovering from major surgery, strokes, heart attacks, neurological and orthopedic conditions, and other injuries and disabilities. We not only offer services in your home but in a variety of other settings including skilled nursing centers, schools, hospitals and assisted living centers.

Nutrition Counseling
Our dietitians provide counseling services to individuals who need professional dietary assessment and guidance to properly manage an illness or disability.
